Cancellation / Refund Policy

Upto 31^st July 2026 : 50% refund of registration fee.
Upto 31^st October 2026 : 20% refund of registration fee.
From 1^st November 2026 : no refund will be given.
No verbal cancellation requests will be entertained. The same should be mailed to the secretariat at registrationperioconference@gmail.com
Cancellation will be effective with the acknowledgement sent from the Conference Secretariat. Refund will be initiated after 30 days of the completion of the conference.
All refunds will be paid after the completion of conference. Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference. Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.
With the cancellation of Conference Registration, all the paid and complimentary services/facilities/entitlements will be cancelled.
No refund will be applicable in case of eventual No Show.
