Paper Presentation Guidelines
- ONLY ISP LIFE MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PAPER PRESENTATION. Only one member can present a paper but the submission can have upto 2 more co-presenters. Only first author can upload
the paper abstract online and he/she shall mention the second and third author(s) details along with their
conference registration number failing which the paper shall be summarily rejected. Any misleading
information shall debar the delegate from attending the conference.
- Last date for abstract submission is 15th November, 2025.
- Paper can be in the following categories
- Dissertation
- Basic Research
- Clinical Research
- Case Report
- Preventive /Epidemiologic Research
- Implants Research
- Abstract to be submitted online (details in general rules).
- All paper presentations are to be presented in a PowerPoint presentation(2003 or higher version) in formats ppt, pptx. First slide of the PowerPoint presentation should contain title, name of the author and the name of the institute and the Unique Presenter ID allotted by the Scientific Committee.
- The duration for paper will be 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes for discussion. Speaker should strictly adhere to the time schedule. The talk time will be strictly enforced by the Session Chair.
- All speakers need to carry a pen drive of their PowerPoint presentation to the venue. Please ensure that your final presentation is available for download from your email/ cloud too.
- Speakers should arrive at the allotted hall at least 30 mins prior to the start of the session for uploading and previewing the presentation Any queries regarding Paper Presentation should be emailed to papers.perioconference@gmail.com
- The Best Paper in each category will be awarded.
- The commendation prizes in each category will be presented with Certificate of Merit.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
- LIFE MEMBERS and ASSOCIATE MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS.
- Last date for abstract submission is 15th November, 2025.
- Categories for poster presentations are:
- Dissertation
- Basic Research
- Case reports/ series
- Case Report
- Preventive Periodontics
- Implants
- Review (only First year post graduate students are eligible)
- Only Selected posters will be allowed for presentation.
- Duration for Poster Presentation will be 5 mins (3 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for discussion). Speaker should strictly adhere to the time schedule. The presentation time will be strictly enforced by the judges.
- Abstract to be submitted online (details in general rules). Only the first author can upload the poster abstract online and he/she shall mention the second and third author(s) details along with their conference registration number failing which the poster shall be summarily rejected. Any misleading information shall debar the delegate from attending the conference.
- A scanned copy of the certificate from the HOD, authenticating First year status of all the presenters in Review category should be uploaded/ mailed at posters.perioconference@gmail.com at the time of submission failing which, the abstract shall be moved to some other category or rejected.
- A maximum of three students can group together for a poster, however all of them have to be registered for the conference.
- Poster should be 3 ft (length) X 2 ft (height) and it should have landscape orientation on a good quality photographic paper. Include your presentation number, once you receive it in the top right corner of the poster. The number should be in large enough font.
- All the material for poster display shall be provided at the venue.
- The presenter(s) shall report 30 minutes before their designated time at their allotted aisle.
- At least one presenter should be present by the side of the poster to answer any queries.
- You must set up and take off your poster during the designated times. No exceptions will be allowed.
- The organising committee will not be responsible for posters and materials left on the poster walls after the slated hours.

- The Best Poster and commendation prizes in each category of poster presentation will be
presented with Certificate of Merit at the valedictory function on 20th December, 2025.
